**Job Title**: Production Specialist

**Location**: Cotia, São Paulo

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead losses elimination initiatives using Firmenich´s continuous improvement system and tools while developing capabilities in cross-functional teams

Leverage achieving area´s and site´s KPIs focused and based on continuous improvement plans and business needs - driven by Brazil operations strategy

Support local CI leader with new standards creation/reviewing in order to achieve local and global business needs according to loss trees

Support capabilities development in own area and within other areas by implementing and creating skill matrix

Owner of continuous improvement operations masterplan for the area

This role also imply quality deviations investigations, process centerlining/parameters ownership, cost analysis, amongst others.

**We value**:
Concluded bachelor level in engineering, preferable chemical, production, food specialties or similar. Chemical bachelor level also accepted.

Fluent English mandatory. Spanish desirable (talking/writing);
SAP knowledge and Excel advanced skills (VBA) is also a must have;
Previous experience with continuous improvement tools implementations (Lean and TPM methodologies desirable). Previous experience reaching the desired KPI involving shopfloor stakeholders and middle-management (managers, supervisors)

Knowledge of SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), VSM (Value Stream Mapping) - main tools to be used;
