**Planning Analyst**

**Job description**:

- Identificar e controlar as demandas de fabricação e dar visibilidade ao time da célula (produção, qualidade, engenharia) com base em relatórios SAP e Plano de Produção;
- Manter o Plano de Produção de curto prazo, interagindo com as interfaces necessárias para garantir a qualidade da informação, a comunicação eficaz e o alinhamento com as demandas de outros Planos de Fabricação;
- Manter e controlar a ferramenta APS da área;
- Contribuir com o Plano de Produção, interagindo com as interfaces necessárias para a garantia de uma informação de qualidade;
- Participar das reuniões de produção e garantindo a resolução dos problemas, a execução dentro dos prazos estabelecidos e a garantia do fluxo contínuo;
- Identificar gargalos de produção e compartilhar com as áreas para a garantia das ações de contenção e correção e garantia do fluxo de comunicação com as áreas envolvidas;
- Participar / Liderar Mapas de Fluxo de Valor (VSM’s), revisando ou desenhando os processos do PCP;
- Monitorar a qualidade do produto compartilhando as recorrências de desvios para garantia das ações de contenção e correção;
- Elaborar e apresentar relatórios gerencias de indicadores de produção;
- Analisar o carregamento das novas demandas, participar e ou liderar as reuniões de primeiro artigo contribuindo com ideias e ações para a execução do produto dentro do prazo e fluxo de produção esperados;
- Participar e contribuir com os programas de segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade da empresa;
- Conhecer e cumprir o Código de Ética, Normas e Procedimentos da empresa;
- Location - Dutra

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Degree in Administration and Engineering;
- Experience in production planning / factory;
- Intermediary English
