As an SMS Manager, you'll play a crucial role in fostering and promoting a culture of safety, health, and environmental awareness within the company. Your responsibilities will involve developing and implementing processes, policies, and tools to ensure legal compliance and excellence in safety.

**Responsabilidades Principais**:

- Promover uma cultura de segurança, saúde e meio ambiente na empresa.
- Pesquisar e implementar novas técnicas e práticas de SMS para aumentar a eficiência operacional.
- Influenciar fornecedores e equipes para garantir conformidade legal e desempenho em SMS.
- Gerenciar políticas, manuais e procedimentos de SMS, garantindo alinhamento com padrões globais.
- Realizar análises de risco e fornecer suporte técnico para o uso adequado de equipamentos de proteção.
- Manter bancos de dados atualizados sobre acidentes e incidentes e garantir investigações adequadas.
- Gerenciar treinamentos e induções de SMS para profissionais onshore e offshore.
- Garantir conformidade com requisitos legais e normas de SMS em toda a organização.
- Gerenciar o orçamento de SMS de acordo com as metas estabelecidas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote a culture of safety, health, and environmental awareness within the company.
- Research and implement new SMS techniques and practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Influence suppliers and teams to ensure legal compliance and performance in SMS.
- Manage SMS policies, manuals, and procedures, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Conduct risk analyses and provide technical support for the proper use of protective equipment.
- Maintain updated databases on accidents and incidents and ensure proper investigations.
- Manage SMS training and inductions for onshore and offshore professionals.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and SMS standards throughout the organization.
- Manage the SMS budget in accordance with established goals

**Requisitos**:

- Graduação em Engenharia, preferencialmente com especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho, Qualidade ou Meio Ambiente.
- Experiência em posições de liderança.
- Proficiência avançada em Pacote Office.
- Inglês avançado.
- Curso de auditoria em normas de Qualidade e SMS, preferencialmente ISO-9001, ISO-14001 e OHSAS-18001.
- Certificação CBSP e HUET válida é desejável.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering, Quality, or Environment.
- At least 10 years of experience in Occupational Safety, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
- Experience in leadership positions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Course certification in Quality and SMS auditing, preferably ISO-9001, ISO-14001, and OHSAS-18001.
- Valid CBSP and HUET certification is desirable.
