**Job Description Summary**: Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for LM Wind Power in Brazil. Partner with operations functions to improve business performance with focus on COGS and cash-ow. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices in supply chain finance. Has analytical and independent thinker skills. Has the ability to work in a cross-functional team and to influence others.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing the business cycle
- annual budget, quarterly QMI for P&L and cash. Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to the business leadership and support with actionable recommendations. Analyze the performance and propose plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
- Support the development of the Finance organization by coaching other members of the team.
- Contributes with the implementation of policies, procedures and process improvements
- Identify and lead initiatives to improve cash-position including DTP extension, AR collections and inventory reduction. Monitor cash-position and pro-actively work with treasury to ensure liquidity. Ensure accuracy of cash forecast to optimize fx-hedging strategy and other business decisions.
- Analyze product cost to identify opportunities for cost-out. Including material consumption, material deflation, labor and overhead optimization and SG&A cost reduction. Lead specific projects for cost-out including import tax exemptions, drawback and sourcing allocation optimization.
- Support business decisions by collaborating on business case for NPIs and CAPEX.

**Required Qualifications**
- This role requires significant experience in Finance & FP&A Operations. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Fluent English
