Identificar oportunidades relacionadas a automação de atividades e processos comerciais e desenvolver ferramentas de suporte operacional.

**Principais Atividades**
- Integrar, testar, instalar, configurar e dar suporte a soluções de automação personalizadas e prontas para uso em processos comerciais.
- Suportar e desenvolver ferramenta web departamental de vendas (novas + evolução).
- Implementar e suportar as principais soluções de automação em um ambiente multiplataforma.
- Apoiar a definição, com as partes interessadas, de soluções de automação que atendam às suas necessidades.
- Desenvolver testes de garantia de qualidade para determinar a eficácia dos processos automatizados.
- Realizar manutenção corretiva eventual.
- Mapear oportunidades de automação e correlação na cadeia E2E de tratamento de falhas e eficiência de regras de automação.
- Analisar dados para antecipar soluções, criar indicadores estatísticos com índice de ganho e eficiência operacional.

**Conhecimento e Experiência Profissional**
- Conhecimento e experiência atuando no desenvolvimento de aplicações web nas linguagens.Net, Core, C#, MVC Entity Framework com Razor Pages, WebAPI REST jSon, Banco de dados Microsof, SQL Server e Frontend javaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML5(front end, back end e banco de dados);
- Experiência em Melhoria Contínua, Gerenciamento de Processos e Projetos;
- Formação superior completa, desejável curso em Tecnologia da Informação ou Análise de Sistema.
