Your tasks

Automation: Development of RPAs (Robotic Process Automation) via UIPath and other automation tools. Software development (not RPAs), deployment, documentation and management, based on the business needs and the Digital Transformation strategy. Solution design for automation and process integrations.

Business: Analysis of business needs about administrative efficiency. Vendor analysis, selection and follow up for business projects to ensure that the objectives of the projects are being acomplished. Develop a collaboration network between different Business Units to share best practices and solutions of Operational Efficiency and Digital Transformation. Business follow up to implemented RPAs. Ensure compliance with methodologies and policies established by the organization. Ensure usability of the delivered solutions.

Digitalization: Propose and manage optimization and digitalization initiatives to the internal/external customers, analyzing technical feasibilty.Identify new technologies and changes in mobility and business areas to best serve the objectives of the organization. Evaluate technological trends to be implemented within the business. Develop effective and agile digital solutions according to the business needs.

Development: Maintenance and incident attention of in house implemented solutions.

Project Management: Scrum Master: Integration of agile methodologies in the digital transformation team. Continous Learning of the main technologies of the market and business.

Support: Evaluate and Optimize plattforms/Apps for marketing programs ContiClub, ContiSafe, ContiLearn, ContiGo tool, for internal and external users. Facilitate platform interfaces to support business processes. (Contishop, official web pages, CMS and other tech solutions).Implement enhancements of websites, modules, templates and solutions regarding technical solutions.

Vendors: Control the process of contracts, PO's and invoicing in relation to system business. (Contishop, Contisafe, & Conticlub).
