Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as business, education, instructional design, organizational development or strong related experience
- Strong experience in program management - including managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track and excellent time management

Job summary

**Key Responsibilities include**: - Collaborate with business leaders at all levels to manage a large scale program for the ECCF Operations leaders
- Develop and experiment with new learning solutions that accelerate the mastery of ECCF Operations leaders
- Communicate and iterate on a comprehensive set of metrics to measure the performance of operation leaders and the impact of our programs
- Collaborate on innovative leader development programs that are utilized in multiple geographies and languages, utilizing best in class virtual (synchronous/asynchronous) delivery tools

- Experience supporting the training and leadership development of an operational organization
- Experience with business, financial and process improvements tools, concepts and methodologies
- Oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence peers and leaders
- Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and develop various learning solutions.
- Disciplined self-starter; resourceful and able to prioritize (and re-prioritize) in a fast-paced environment with shifting objectives
- Ability to deliver results with mínimal supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment
- Interpersonal and leadership skills; current role model for learning and development leaders
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Business and HR acumen - including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking and willingness to be vocally self-critical
