We are looking for an **Instructional Designer** to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing video courses on AI for non-tech professionals.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 3 years of experience as** **an instructional designer, learning experience designer, learning content developer, or program designer;**:

- Familiarity with theories of adult learning, design and multimedia principles;
- Experience in developing video content;
- Ability to design and implement assessments for skills and knowledge within courses;
- Proficient in structuring educational experiences and creating Learning Journey Maps (LJMs);
- Experience with modern tools for creating learning aids; familiarity with Figma and HeyGen is preferred;
- Proficient in English (C1 level or higher).

**Nice-to-have**:

- Spanish speaking skills.

What you will do:

- Map learning outcomes, create a storyboard;
- Write or edit video scripts for SME, assist in the video production process, and give feedback for prepared materials;
- Create practice exercises and learning aids;
- Analyse learners' feedback and use it to improve materials;
- Prepare materials about new courses for sales manager training;
- Create documentation about courses and keep it up to date.
