**ROLE PURPOSE**

As a Digital Solution Lead, you oversee the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions to drive business innovation and efficiency. Lead crossfunctional teams in creating cuttingedge digital products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Evaluate and integrate new technologies, manage project timelines and budgets, and provide strategic direction to enhance the organization's digital capabilities.

**ROLE CONTRIBUITION**
- Manage Digital projects & initiatives within Operations Solutions Management Department (focusing on Integrity, fabric maintenance, EX Solutions and Marine using PI or other external solutions )
- Properly plan work to plan resources (Vendors, IT, Data Team, other stakeholders) for the development and deployment of the Digital Solutions & Projects
- Ensure that the project will be delivered as per plan and budget.
- Coordinate the various workshop with the stakeholders/SMEs to get the accurate configuration of the tools as per specialists
- Ensure that the right stakeholders are providing the right expertise for the good progress of the Digital project (Clients, SBM Ops Digital Solutions Leads, IT IM Organization )
- Provide regular feedback to the stakeholders on the need of the project in term of resources well in advance
- Prioritize activities to effectively manage conflicting deadlines to meet key milestones and deliverables
- Understand project requirements and appropriately assign tasks to team members
- Manage the Ideate and Validate phases of the stage gate model process as well as the Change Management
- Follow and monitor the Develop and Deploy phases of the stage gate model process
- Implement and manage lifecycle management process of the digital solution, including change management and versioning / upgrading.
- Monitor KPIs and enforce quality and performance of the digital solution and 3rd party providers based on agreed SLA
- Consolidate value creation with input from the business
- Act as ‘keeper of the vision’ of the product and convey vision during development and lifecycle
- Collaborate and coordinate with other Solution Managers to achieve an optimized digital solution landscape

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Degree**:

- Integrity Engineering or**Project Management degree

**Experience**:

- PI OSISOFT experience (training can be provided)
- Experience in Digital environment
- Experience in Operations is a plus
- Experience in Project Management of Digital Projects

**Specific**:

- Be self-motivated to improve technical competencies for current and future work assignments
- Ability to travel offshore or/or worldwide when needed
- Good knowledge of SBM Digital Portfolio: Projects, Solutions & Applications
