**Sobre a área**:
A área de Recursos Humanos da Givaudan é responsável por todos os processos relacionados à jornada dos colaboradores, desde admissão, folha de pagamento, benefícios e controle de ponto, até iniciativas de desenvolvimento e comunicação interna. O estágio proporciona uma vivência ampla e prática em diversos subsistemas de RH, com contato direto com os processos administrativos e operacionais da área.

**Atividades do estágio**:

- Apoiar os processos de admissão no sistema de folha de pagamento e no sistema Engage;
- Lançar dados e apoiar a rotina da folha de pagamento;
- Realizar o controle e gestão do ponto eletrônico;
- Incluir e excluir benefícios dos colaboradores;
- Lançar pagamentos de notas fiscais da área de RH;
- Apoiar a gestão do restaurante da unidade de Botucatu.

**Perfil desejado**:

- Proatividade, pensamento analítico e atenção aos detalhes;
- Boa comunicação e organização;
- Facilidade para gestão do tempo e trabalho em equipe;
- Pacote Office em nível intermediário;
- Inglês é considerado um diferencial.

**Cursos elegíveis**:
Administração, Psicologia ou áreas correlatas.

**Requisitos**:

- Previsão de formação entre julho/2027 e dezembro/2028;
- Disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente em Botucatu - SP;
- Carga horária de 6h por dia (segunda a sexta-feira);
- Duração do estágio: até 24 meses.
