About the Team
The team is responsible for enabling long-tail creators to produce high-quality and expressive content, connect products and users, and ultimately grow their own business value.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify, onboard and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-com creators to foster trust and ensure sustainable creator payouts;
2. Formulate and implement diverse creator campaigns based on creators' different development stages, to constantly motivate creator activation and achieve sales goal;
3. Work closely with affiliate product team to optimize the creator hub experience;
4. Work closely with category teams to enrich the Affiliate product supply to service creator's product selection needs;
5. Identify affiliate creator pain points and work with cross functional teams to solve key challenges.
**Qualifications**:
1. 8+ years experience of key account growth or agency partner growth, a mixed experience in e-commerce, business development and creator agency side is highly preferred;
2. Strong connections with talent agencies/MCNs is preferred;
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
4. Down-to-earth spirit, can be very detailed and hands-on when needed;
5. Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred;
6. Strong knowledge of live streaming would be a plus;
7. Strong connections with creators and creator agencies is preferred.
