Job Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities- Preparation of monthly regular reporting and ensure compliance to accounting policies.- Take charge of overall accounting functions.- Liaise with the external auditors on certain entities- Liaise with the tax preparers to ensure deadlines are met.- Actively participating in continuous improvement, standardization and re-engineering of processes and controls and implementation of best practices.- Preparing and reviewing monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals- Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.- To undertake other assignments and related duties as and when require.- You will work cross departmental in projects and daily work.- SAP (and its reporting tools) experience preferred.- Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions.- Good written and verbal communication in English.

Pre-Requisites:
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance with minimum 3 years of related experience in area of financial reporting for a small to mid-tier company.- A self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills.- Strong collaboration skills and cross-cultural fluency.- Advantages: Experience with any accounting software.- Advantages: Experience with working/collaborating with multiple internal/external stakeholders- Strong understanding of Brazilian Taxes, labor laws, and other laws.- Must be able to commute to our office located near Brooklin São Paulo - State of São Paulo Brazil
