Your role as intern will cover a broad range of tasks within the area of Office Administration and Business Consulting. You will provide operational support to our Business Incubation & Operations clients (Swedish companies co-located at our office) as well as taking part in deliveries of various types of business consultancy projects.

You will mainly interact and work with colleagues and projects in Brazil, but since we are part of a global team of 500+ consultant all over the world it is a requirement that you have good communication skills in English (fluency in Portuguese is a given).

There shall be good opportunities for a continued career at Business Sweden after the internship, provided that you have demonstrated the right attitude and a good understanding and passion for business advisory and consultancy services.

**As an intern you will support** the office and our clients within three main areas; Office administration, Operations services and Business consulting.

Typical tasks within **O**ffice administration and Operations services** include:

- Management of suppliers and handling of supplier's invoices
- Control and purchase of office supplies
- Preparation of client's accounts (back-office support)
- Support in-house clients and incoming visitors

Typical tasks within **B**usiness consulting** include:

- Market research and data collection
- Development of industry reports and insights
- Execution of business analyses
- Preparation of managerial and client reports
- Participation in meeting programs, events and delegations

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

**Requirements (need to have)**
- Brazilian (or you have lived in Brazil for a longer period)
- A minimum 2-year academic experience (5th semester forward)
- Strong business mind-set and interest in international business development
- Detailed-minded and responsible
- Solution focused and able to multi-task
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a team-player
- Fluency in English (proficiency level) - both spoken and written
- Availability to work 6 hours per day during office hours (8 am to 18h) on Monday to Friday - with 2-3 days presence at the office (located in Itaim Bibi)

**Preferably (good to have)**
- Experience from living/studying in an international environment
- Interest or connection to Sweden
- Knowledge in Spanish (we support our other offices in Latam from time to time)
