Learn more about it here. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to our Global Sales and Operations team in São Paulo **YOUR IMPACT**: - Develop and manage sales campaign content to support outbound marketing initiatives. - Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows across the sales funnel to increase efficiency and scalability. - Monitor and analyze lead funnel performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or stagnation points. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align automation strategies with business goals. - Continuously test and refine messaging, timing, and targeting to improve campaign conversion rates. - Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to lead generation, funnel progression, and qualified opportunities. - Ensure data integrity across CRM and marketing automation platforms. - Research and implement best practices and new tools to improve sales automation and funnel optimization. - Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance. **WHO YOU ARE**: - Previous experience in content marketing and/or digital marketing. - Excellent writing and editing skills in Portuguese and English. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team, but also autonomously when necessary. - Academic background in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field is desirable. - Proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Italian and/or German) is a plus. - Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud is a plus. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU (Latam)**: We're a wellness company that is committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees.
