**A Hybrid working model**

**What does a Primary Production Coordinator do at Hogarth?**

Our Primary Production Coordinator will play a facilitator role in the team, ensuring the necessary resources to meet the projects under their responsibility and the smooth progress of the work, in terms of processes, flows and general production operation.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Complete and manage a database of freelancers and outsourced providers.
- Solve any production-related issues.
- Prepare team plans for business proposals.
- Manage the budget, breaking it down into production items.
- Assist as needed in project-based proposals.
- Hire/assign professionals and teams.
- Evaluate and monitor team performance.

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**

This role reports to the Director of Broadcast in Brazil.

You will work closely with Account, Finance, Creative, Primary and Post Production Teams.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**
- Knowledge of Office Package and finances.
- Experience in Primary Production.
- Advanced English Level.
- Professional Technical Course + Specification Courses.
- Good-to-have: Complete Higher Course.
