**As a** **Senior Art Director you will**:

- Direct different artistic styles in a wide spectrum of projects, including AAA, Realistic, Stylized, Metaverse, among others;
- Be the spokesperson of the product vision within the team, through inspiring leadership, always seeking to improve artistic quality;
- Ensure consistency and quality during deliveries while maintaining creative cohesion between customer needs and Kokku’s strategy;
- Act as an ambassador and facilitator between the client and the production team to ensure a complete understanding of the product quality expectation;
- Leads the direction to maximize the quality while respecting constraints and tech specification;
- Provide detailed feedback to the team, spanning multiple art disciplines, including 2D, 3D, Lighting, VFX and Concept Art;
- Establish best practices, methods, and work pipelines;
- Promote and identify training when necessary;
- Foster positivity and team spirit to build a strong, united, and cohesive team;
- Work together with the production of Kokku and external partners to ensure the expected quality within the agreed time frame;
- Identify new talents, participate in Kokku’s recruitment and expansion planning;
- Create art/style guides, illustrations, documents, etc. to promote visual quality standards clearly;
- Maintain direct communication with art teams, customers, and partners through online and face-to-face meetings.

**We expect you to have**:

- Experience as Art Director, Lead Artist, or Senior Artist with a proven track record of supervising a team in video games or similar digital art domain (Animation, advertisement, marketing);
- An excellent knowledge in artistic development and design for the AAA gaming market or similar and a good understanding of various artistic disciplines, including concept, modeling, environments, characters, lighting, VFX and UI/UX;
- Advanced creative, artistic, directive and verbalizer skills;
- Knowledge in various silos and artistic modalities in the production of digital games, in modern art tools and techniques; team management and agile methodologies;
- In-depth knowledge in art software for design and illustration (Photoshop and Illustrator), VFX (After Effects), game development (Unity and Unreal) and creation of 3D models (ZBrush, Maya and/or Blender);
- Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously, giving feedback quickly and flexibly with online and face-to-face teams.
- Portfolio that demonstrates a high quality of work;
- Fluent English is mandatory.
