The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Lead remote teams in different regions of the country
- Implement and monitor management operations systems
- Manage first mile capacity through data driven management of first-mile suppliers
- Check the capacity plan and arrange the right routes
- Manage 3PL's (Third Party) performance and quality figures and statistics
- Responding to quality and performance issues with appropriate action plans
- Gemba walking trough first mile suppliers operations
- Identification of bottlenecks, risks, processual or technological gaps, both downstream and upstream supply chain
- Ensure Shopee’ packages connects properly through several nodes

**Requirements**:

- Experience in drop off and pick up (PUDO) transportation or last mile operations
- Ability to operate at tactical and operational level
- Intermediate SQL: be able to extract database
- Advanced Excel (Macro and VBA)
- Advanced English to use on daily basis
