**The RGM Strongholds & Pricing Managers, is the primary owner of Brazil Pricing Process & Controls and RGM strategy for strongholds brands in the country. **He/She is part of cross-functional team to accelerate the revenue growth in the Stronghold Categories, gaining efficiencies and optimizing revenue to drive the profitable business growth ambition.
This leader will work with local Marketing Squads to identify RGM opportunities, define the portfolio, pricing and promotion strategy and guidelines as well as coordinate, deploy, track progress and impact for all RGM pillars stronghold categories. Also as a key member of the LATAM RGM Capability Squad.
This role requires an experienced business leader with strong influential skills, capable of building effective partnerships, collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners to develop a significant shift in categories strategy boosting results, market share and profitability.
**Responsabilities**:
- Guarantee that all pricing, promotion & portfolio decisions take into consideration a fair margin to our customers and the fair value pricing to consumers as well as reaching the company GP and NS goals. Be the guardian of our internal Pricing Policy and compliance standards.
- Constantly review and commercial policy design in order to leverage channel and brand results.
- Incorporate RGM mindset into added value joint business planning approach with customers in a way that creates revenue for Johnson & Johnson and to our customers.
- Represent Brazil in the RGM LATAM Squads in order to evolve the RGM model to a more impact full and relevant approach, to all sales, marketing and supply chain functions, incorporating omnichannel strategy and O2O view within the process and methodologies.
- Continue driving the Portfolio Optimization Agenda, connecting our internal view with the customers' agenda, focusing in generate the best portfolio per key retail environment, improving efficiency and profitability for both J&J and customers.
- Maximize efficiency on Trade Investments (TIE & Promo ROI) with clear guidelines, targets and tracking model.
- Develop the team´s hard and soft skills to maintain and accelerate even more RGM area as a key talent developer for other areas of the Company.
**Major Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Pricing: Manage pricing definitions, per brand, region and channel guaranteeing the accurate implementation in the company systems in accordance with internal policies and guidelines. Lead internal policies changes when vital. Capture Internal Control and audits suggestions constantly improving controls and process to be a global benchmark in pricing skills. Support sales teams in the price story telling when necessary. Build the capability to monitor the consumer pricing in a more proactive and deliberate way, so that J&J is capable of capturing market opportunities that are normally unseen.
- RGM Strategy for Strongholds Brands: As a highly valuable member of the Strongholds squads the RGM leader brings data and methodology to the RGM pillars decisions, contributing to strong gains in revenue, gross profit and market share for our strategic brands of Strongholds portfolio.
- Lead and Develop Talent: Spread the RGM mentality in the Squads, Commercial Cells and within the Sales Operation team, maximizing RGM knowledge to the whole organization with clear RACI to engage and clarify the role of each area. Develop a Talent Plan to strengthen RGM community, reinforcing this area as one of the most attractive area to company top talents' development
- Participate in community of practices - share experiences and learnings with other markets
- Has a strong Connection with all organizations: Marketing, Sales, Finance, Internal Controls, Supply Chain, IT, CBI and LATAM Capability Squads.
**Qualifications**
- Degree in Business/Economics or a quantitative discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in sales finance, marketing finance, sales excellence, marketing and/or trade marketing.
- Solid understanding of shopper principles & marketing principles.
- Clear understanding of market share principles and previous use of Nielsen reports.
- Strong financial literacy including the ability to work with P&Ls.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Previous experience as a people leader.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience working with RGM desired.
