Missão da vaga:
Atuar como PMO / Gerente de projetos
Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Identificar processos/problemas a serem tratados por meio de projetos ou melhorias pontuais;
- Planejar os projetos, determinando metodologia, o escopo, orçamento, prazos, equipe (interna e terceira), materiais, ferramentas e documentação necessária;
- Gerenciar a execução dos projetos frente ao planejado, tratando e reportando eventuais desvios;
- Gerenciar os riscos associados aos projetos;
- Gerenciar fornecedores e terceiros envolvidos nos projetos;
- Garantir o alinhamento e controle do orçamento do projeto;
- Transitar entre as áreas da organização e trabalhar na integração de todas as pontas para melhor andamento dos projetos.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Superior completo em Administração de empresas, Engenharia de Produção ou Tecnologia;
- Domínio em pacote MS Office, principalmente Project, ferramentas de projetos e processos;
- Experiência em gerenciamento, controle e execução de projetos;
- Conhecimento em mapeamento de processos;
- Forte capacidade de relacionamento e de permear toda a estrutura organizacional impulsionando a conexão e a colaboração entre diferentes áreas;
- Visão sistêmica sobre o negócio/processos.
Diferencial
- Desejável Pós Graduação ou MBA em Gestão de projetos;
- Conhecimento da área previdenciária;
- Experiência com metodologias ágeis e projetos de transformação.
