Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Core knowledge on Retails and commerce.
- Good knowledge on Inventory management and transactions.
- Good Knowledge on Warehouse Management excluding warehouse management.
- Knowledge on Advance Warehouse Management is good to have not mandatory.
- Procurement and Sourcing (mandatory) (Procure to Pay)
- Intercompany trade - Must have
- Sales and Marketing. (Order to cash cycle)
- Data migration, data management - Must have
- Should be able to understand the complex Customizations.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them to workable solution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing analysis and follow-up of Applications Support Service Desk items to ensure problems are resolved.
- Provide support and quality assurance for delivered Dynamics 365 F&O Retails and commerce solutions.
- Provide support and guidance to peer and subordinates on solution architecture and design.
- Works independently as well as in a team environment.
- Helps & works directly with onsite team and customer.
- Manages time and multiple tasks on projects.
- Solve complex problems with solutions.
- Places emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Works toward learning new modules / technologies as per the project requirements.
