Nowadays, we're on the hunt for a dynamic _Responsible Gaming and Affordability Analyst_ to join our team **Position Overview**: Casumo is committed to ensuring that our players are playing in a safe environment and that they can make informed decisions about their gambling activity. This role will assist in maintaining Casumo’s safer gambling strategy and assist in projects relating to safer gambling, affordability and anti-money laundering. This will include developing policies, processes and tools. **Responsibilities**: - Interaction with players who require assistance with Responsible Gaming and Affordability matters when required. - Serving as the first point of escalation for all Responsible Gaming and Affordability cases and queries from other teams. - Conducting the analysis of player accounts to identify activities related to Problem Gambling. - Spreading Responsible Gaming awareness as an integral part of our daily operations within the whole company. - Supporting the Head of Player Safety with new member onboarding and ad hoc training sessions for different business areas. - Performing affordability checks. - Ensuring accounts remain updated in line with record-keeping requirements. - Developing as an expert in the field and sharing that knowledge with the player-facing teams. - Cooperation with the Payments, Ambassadors, Loyalty, and Marketing teams to develop and improve our internal procedures. *** **Requirements**: - Knowledge of iGaming, Sports betting and player behaviour - preferred. - Proficiency in English. - Proficiency in Spanish, Swedish or Finnish will be considered an asset. - Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage. - 24/7 flexibility when required. - You are creative, proactive and willing to learn. - You are dynamic and accurate. - Excellent numerical and analytical skills. - You are a team player and bring positive spirit. - Ability to work in shifts, with office presence. **The Perks**: - Our Malta Office:_ Being a part of the Casumo group provides an unparalleled experience.
