We are seeking a Java Developer to join a dynamic team responsible for building and maintaining the core platform that supports BackOffice operations, including ticket matching, custody and cash management, trade allocation and execution, valuation, and settlement. The platform is developed primarily in Java and hosted on AWS Cloud, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and integration of new financial products. The team collaborates closely with BackOffice stakeholders to deliver enhancements that drive business value and optimize post-trade processes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong experience in Java development (versions 8-11)
- Proficiency in AWS services including SQS, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
- Familiarity with MySQL and relational database principles
- Experience working in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and concurrent requests efficiently

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with Java Quarkus and/or Spring Boot frameworks
- Knowledge of REST API architecture and best practices
- Working proficiency in English is a plus, but not required

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in Agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using Java (Quarkus)
- Work in close partnership with BackOffice users and other IT teams to gather requirements and propose improvements
- Support and troubleshoot issues in the production environment to ensure platform reliability and performance
