Hive Autonomy is looking for a visionary CTO to lead our technology strategy, guide a passionate tech team, and shape the future of autonomous systems. As part of our executive management team, you’ll play a key role in driving innovation, defining the roadmap for autonomy and physical AI. - A strong product mindset, with the ability to turn customer needs into scalable technology.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills - ability to align engineering efforts with product, commercial, and operational goals.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

**Vi tilbyr**:

- Higher relevant technical degree.
- Proven leadership experience in building and scaling complex, multidisciplinary technology teams.
- Technical expertise in robotics, autonomy, and/or AI.
- Experience in scaling up technology organizations or products will be an advantage.
- Proficient in English.
