Professional to act as software solutions engineer, technically leading a squad of the engineering team.

**What will the professional's day-to-day look like**:

- Design the architecture of the solution to be delivered in the project;
- Participate in the execution of the project by parameterizing the system and/or developing software;
- Lead the execution of 1 or more projects;
- Define team priorities;
- Conducting daily meetings to assure the team is following the best practices;
- Monitor development activities and deadlines;
- Technically support the team;
- Support the project manager in the preparation/revision of schedules;
- Discuss with the customer the technical scope of the functionality/solution to be delivered;
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers (occasionally);
- Support in estimating development effort/time in pre-sales processes.

**Requirements to the position**:

- Degree in electrical/electronic/computer engineering;
- Advanced English (mandatory English conversation) and Fluent in Brazil Portuguese;
- Domain of some programming language such as Java, Python, PL/SQL, C/C++;
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (Network Architecture, Servers, Linux Operating System, Oracle Database);
- Good knowledge of software architecture;
- Experience with Agile development (Scrum, XP, SAFe);
- JIRA and/or other Project Management tools;
- Proven leadership experience;
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.

**Really nice to have**:

- Proven experience in projects related to smart energy metering;
- Advanced knowledge in smart measurement platforms (MDM, MDC);
- Knowledge of ANEEL regulations regarding metering and billing of energy consumers.
