Active participation in the Personnel Administration routines of the Human Resources department.
Main responsibilities:
- Support in Personnel Administration processes in the industrial units (vacations, terminations, leaves of absence, hiring, and dismissals);
- Maintenance and updating of databases and reports;
- Assisting employees with clarifying doubts about HR processes in general;
- Contributing to special projects and strategies for the Industrial Human Resources department.
Required qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, HR, or related fields in the evening period;
- Proficiency in Office Suite/Google Tools;
- Strong communication skills and proactivity.
