**What you’ll do**
**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern - Software Developer (ABAP) Globalization HCM
**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid)
**Expected start date**:August, 2025
- Develop and maintain the SAP Payroll OnPremise product through legal changes, customer cases, redesigns, and new developments.
- Work in agile software engineering tasks, such as requirement analysis, code implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Create functional documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate with colleagues from other lines of business and locations, external partners, and customers.

**What you bring**

We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. You are very proactive and deliver with excellence and on time.
- Enrollment in a college degree in technology.
- Fluency in English.
- Basic knowledge of programming logic and at least one programming language.
- Interest in developing a long-term career within our team.
- Previous experience in software development is a plus.

Our OnPremise solutions are used by thousands of customers to pay over 80 million people around the world. As the leading provider in payroll software, we aim to maintain this position as we transition to the Cloud.
