❕This role is** 100% remote,** and you will join a team that already works in 20 different world countries.

**THE ROLE**

As the **Social Media and Employer Branding Specialist,**you’ll take ownership of social media strategy and execution for three e-commerce brands while also leading efforts to elevate our employer brand.

This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a strong sense of ownership to develop and implement content strategies that drive engagement, build brand identity, and highlight our company culture.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- ** Social Media Management**:

- Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies for three e-commerce brands across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Create, curate, and schedule content that resonates with target audiences for each of the 3 brands.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor audience feedback to build community and trust.
- Stay updated on trends and innovations to keep content fresh and relevant.
- ** Employer Branding (EB)**:

- Take full ownership of the company’s employer branding across platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and post engaging content that showcases our company culture, team successes, and unique values.
- Continuously research and implement new ideas to enhance our company’s online image and reputation, including managing online reviews and similar platforms.
- Strategize and create content that positions the company as a desirable workplace, highlighting more than just job opportunities.
- ** Data-Driven Improvements**:

- Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) across all social media channels and campaigns.
- Analyze data to refine strategies and ensure content is effective in driving results.
- Conduct competitor research to identify opportunities and implement best practices.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- ** Experience**: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and employer branding (or a related field).
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing graphics, TikTok for trend-driven content creation, Photoshop for advanced photo editing, and familiarity with other social media tools and platforms is a plus.
- ** Creativity**: A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to create engaging on-brand content.
- ** Independence**: Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage tasks without constant oversight.
- ** Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- ** Passion for Social Media**: A deep interest in staying updated on trends, tools, and best practices in the digital space.
- ** Problem-Solving Mindset**: Able to adapt quickly, think critically, and suggest improvements.
- ** Cultural Awareness**: Understand what makes a company culture stand out and know how to communicate that effectively.

**THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS**
- 10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.
- 15-30 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.
- Home Task.
- 60 min e-meet with the Hiring Manager and Foxelli Group CPO to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

**SALARY**

€1000 - €1500 after taxes (depending on your**skills, competencies, and experience) + commissions based on performance.
