AGCO has an opening for a Regional Demand Planning Lead to join its team in delivering extraordinary results. The role is primarily responsible for making decisions that impact the demand plan and communicating those decisions to stakeholders, as well as identifying and resolving forecast variances, within their region.

**Your Impact**
- Perform capability development, management, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and facilitate demand review meetings to gain consensus on the demand plan
- Maintain relationships with planning stakeholders (e.g., finance, product management, brands, supply planning, etc.)
- Manage collection and incorporation of forecast data and inputs
- Deployment of new process changes and templates, working on projects with the COE to account for organizational changes, etc.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration, Economics, or Supply Chain Management
- Experience in Capability Development and Management
- Expertise in long-term demand/supply planning, data analysis, and management reporting
- Strong customer focus, business acumen, and financial acumen
- Fluent in English
