Team Overview:
This position will report directly to Global Head, IBG Learning & Culture with a dotten line to Brazil HR BP.
Role Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the global learning & culture team to develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs for all employees, including onboarding, leadership development, and skills training.
- Work with HR and business leaders to identify learning and development needs, design training programs and curricula, and ensure delivery is aligned with business goals.
- Create a culture that fosters a positive work environment and drives employee engagement, including implementing employee engagement initiatives, recognition and rewards programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
- Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to employee training and development.
- Analyze and measure the impact of learning and development programs and culture initiatives, and use data to inform continuous improvement.
- Lead a team, providing coaching and mentorship to drive their professional growth and development.
Role Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 12+ years of experience in learning and development, including experience in leadership development, skills training, and employee engagement.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing effective learning programs, as well as creating and fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to employee training and development.
- Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
