We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate
**Data & Analytics Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) **to join the Customer Success Unit. This customer-facing position is a hands-on technical role spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges for Enterprise accounts segment of our business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customers’ overall data estate, Business and IT priorities and success measures to design Data & Analytics implementation architectures and solutions that drive business value.
- Ensure that solution exhibits high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, repeatability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment
- Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision makers and relevant business decision makers (like Analytics or AI), who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates
- Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team to remove key blockers and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and MS stakeholders in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on Microsoft Cloud platforms.
- Assess the Customers' knowledge of Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure its delivery through partners.
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the Data & Analytics technical community while educating customers on Azure platform

**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**:
**Bachelor's Degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
** AND 5+ years** of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
**OR equivalent experience.**

**Fluency in Portuguese and English.**

**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

OR

Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

OR

6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)

6+ years of experience working on technical projects.

**Required Technical Qualification**:

- Deep domain expertise in two of the Data-specific areas, such as Azure SQL Data (IaaS/PaaS), deployments and migrations to the cloud, Open-source database deployments and migrations, Cloud Scale Analytics, Data Governance, etc. OR hands-on experience working with the respective products at the expert level.
- Breadth of technical experience in Data Engineering and knowledge, with depth / Subject Matter Expertise and in two or more of the following Data Analytics and AI Platform Cloud solutions required
- SQL including OSS (postgres, MySQL etc) and Azure SQL
- NoSQL Databases including OSS (Maria, Mongo etc), Cosmos DB
- Big Data including Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Snowflake,
- Expertise in data estate workloads like HDInsight, Hadoop, Cloudera, Spark, Python
