**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as **Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), TikTok, and YouTube**.
- Localize and adapt global content strategies to fit the Brazilian audience and gaming culture.
- Monitor and engage with followers, influencers, and gaming communities in real time.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure timely publishing of high-quality content.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, competitor activity, and local gaming culture to innovate content approaches.
- Support customer engagement through social platforms and handle inquiries, feedback, and reputation management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **2+ years of experience** in social media operations, preferably in the **I-Gaming**, tech, or entertainment industry.
- Native-level **Portuguese** and proficient **English** (spoken & written).
- Deep understanding of the Brazilian social media landscape and user behavior.
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Strong communication, content planning, and community management skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with international teams.
