- Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
- Possesses strong communication's interpersonal skills reinforce developing relationship with stakeholders.
- Accurately document support activities to solve problem, maintaining knowledge base updated.
- Regularly interacts with solution development, global team support and product ownership teams to investigate problems, discuss design issues, and provide customer feedback.
- Keep in touch team members and support them in solving problems.
- Keep in touch with Hexagon's support and service team, provide information to help them find solutions.

Qualifications:
**Education**:

- Knowledge in creation how-to guides, tutorials, reference docs, system docs, and release notes.
- Familiar with writing of SQL Statements.
- Knowledge about Intergraph Smart® 2D is a plus.
- Knowledge about Intergraph Smart® Suite is a plus.
- Familiar with Database Administration (Oracle, MSSQL) is a plus.
- Familiar with other CAD, CAE, 2D and 3D tools is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Implementation of projects and solutions.
- Experience in Engineering Project and Solution Implementation.
- Business analysis consultant.
- Automation of processes and routines.
- Analysis and preparation of documentation.

**Skills**:

- Ability to learn and work with system and tools.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
