User Experience Specialist

Responsible for creator operations and management, manage creator communities and assist in developing strategies to improve creator activeness and performance;
Support in generating user guidance material, host webinars and events to educate the creators about the platform and benefits;
Gather creators' feedback through various channels and continue to enhance user experience;
Track and analyze quantitative metrics to speed up the efficiency of the creator maintenance, adapt the management strategies for certain verticals or projects to increase creator activation and loyalty;
Be the face and voice of creators to our internal teams, and work collaboratively with cross-functional partners across initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related areas;
Creator/Community Management or Product Operations related work experience in the internet industry;
Analytic skills;
Fluency in English, strong communication skills;
Responsibility, ability to effectively plan and execute projects, and drive to improve oneself;
Strong understanding of creator, social media, e-commerce, live-streaming, and digital trends landscape;
Be open-minded to cross-cultural communication and work cultures.
