Signaling, Switching

We are looking for an engineer who lives and breathes telecom signaling. In this role, you will shape and operate the backbone of our voice and messaging services, ensuring that millions of subscribers stay connected every day. You’ll work with SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter, SIP, and IMS to design call routing and keep networks interoperable across multiple vendors.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems in real time, keeping critical infrastructure resilient and secure, and pushing the boundaries of what signaling and messaging systems can do. You’ll collaborate with vendors and integrators, plan upgrades, test new solutions, and help us stay ahead in a fast-moving telecom world.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proficiency in **SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter, SIP, and IMS protocols**.
- Experience with **Session Border Controller (SBC) configuration** and management.
- Knowledge of **call routing, signaling, and switching procedures** within mobile and fixed networks.
- Hands-on experience with **intelligent network (IN) services** and service logic configuration.
- Ability to perform **interoperability testing between network elements**, including multi-vendor environments.

Experience with **messaging services** like:

- ** STP/DRA** for signaling routing.
- SMS home routing
- GT Mapping
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for signaling, switching, and messaging issues.
- Deep understanding of **network standards, best practices, and telecom protocols**.
