We are Lot Squared Development, and we develop high-profile luxury homes and boutique condominiums in Washington, DC, and we’re growing Our projects have been featured in The Washington Post, Builder Online, and KBB Magazine.

Something unique that we do that many of our competitors can’t do is source awesome remote talent internationally. Because of the pandemic, we realized a lot of the office work could be performed remotely, and as a company, we have shifted much of our hiring efforts toward attracting top-tier talent internationally. As a Talent Recruiter, you will work with the Hiring Manager to attract talent.

This position is full-time (40 hours per week). Hours for this position is Monday through Friday 9am EST to 6pm EST. This position reports to the Hiring Manager.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Follow our hiring processes for remote hiring
- Post job ads to online job boards and monitor their performance against agreed-upon budget
- Complete scorecards, interview forms, and other hiring administration documentation
- Conduct performance reviews with our current employees and complete documentation
- Keep informed about hiring best practices in our industry
- Stay informed on talent hiring technology
- Stay informed on the international markets where we hire
- Other tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Speaks and writes excellent English
- Strong knowledge of talent recruiting technologies and strategies
- Experience finding talent pools / sources online

Pay: From R$6,000.00 per month
