**Your new role**:
Responsible for planning, organizing, managing and coordinating various types of events within the theatrical areas, playing a pivotal role to promote the studio's films. Effective communication, attention to detail, very well-organized, competent in vendor management, communication skills, good time management, creativity, and the ability to handle pressure are crucial for this role.

**Your role accountabilities**:

- Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for film premieres and screenings, trade events, fan events, talent tours, roadshows, comic cons and other promotional events. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, decoration, catering, transportation, and audiovisual setups.
- Budget Management: Work within allocated budgets, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining the quality of the events.
- Team Working: Hire, train and oversee personnel. Willingness to delegate tasks and organize a team.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, Brazilian filmmakers, talent, publicists, and external partners to align event strategies with overall marketing and publicity goals.
- Guest Management: Oversee guest lists, invitations, mailing lists and RSVPs. Ensure a positive experience for attendees, including celebrities, fans, influencers, and media partners.
- Media Coverage: Coordinate with the publicity manager to facilitate media coverage during events. Create opportunities for interviews, photo opportunities, and red-carpet moments to enhance media visibility.
- Timeline Management: Maintain strict timelines for event planning and execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to schedule.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event. Collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and identify areas for improvement. Send immediate report to HO with photos and videos.
- Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle unexpected situations or crises during events, ensuring quick and effective resolution to minimize negative impact.
- Technology Integration: Stay updated on event management tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of organizing events.
- Collaborate actively all the talent tour´s details together with the publicity team.
- Organizing press events (as “ending of the year” lunch, good will breakfast).
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Bachelor´s degree in Communication or related areas;
- Advanced english
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with external vendors and service providers.
- Experience managing Event area negotiating permanently with the entire team and HO.
