A completed Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques
- Availability to work in shifts
This job requires you to constantly hit the ground running and have the ability to learn quickly.
Key job responsibilities
- Defining the problem and building analytical frameworks to help the operations to streamline the process.
- Will be responsible to manage the volume and capacity planning for the Sort Center, working in partnership with Supply Chain team
- Identifying gaps in the existing process by analyzing data and liaising with relevant team(s) to plug it.
- Analyze data and metrics and share update with the internal teams.
- Provide metrics inputs to various reporting decks; communicate key performance indicators to the FCs in support of network objectives.
- Work with multiples cross functions teams to support and provide the correct metrics for the operation.

- Working knowledge with SQL.
- Experience pulling and analyzing large sets of data to drive root cause elimination and process improvements.
