**Você irá**:

- Liderar o processo de Planejamento Financeiro e Análise (FP&A), fornecendo insights estratégicos para a empresa.
- Desenvolver e executar planos de longo prazo para otimizar a performance financeira e alcançar metas de crescimento.
- Construir e aprimorar o plano financeiro da empresa, alinhando-o com as estratégias corporativas.
- Participar ativamente de reuniões com investidores, propondo pautas relevantes e comunicando a saúde financeira da empresa.
- Utilizar experiência prévia no mercado financeiro para interpretar e analisar dados, antecipando tendências e identificando oportunidades.
- Circular por todas as áreas da empresa para entender suas necessidades e colaborar na formulação de estratégias financeiras alinhadas.
- Desenvolver e monitorar KPIs financeiros para avaliar o desempenho e identificar áreas de melhoria.
- Questionar continuamente a performance financeira, propondo ajustes e melhorias quando necessário.
- Demonstrar habilidades avançadas em SQL para extrair e analisar dados financeiros de forma eficaz.

- Possua experiência comprovada em funções de FP&A, preferencialmente em instituições financeiras ou empresas de pagamento.
- Tenha um perfil analítico e crítico, capaz de transformar dados complexos em insights acionáveis.
- Seja honesto e ético em todas as interações profissionais, mantendo a integridade financeira da empresa.
- Tenha habilidades de gestão para liderar equipes e projetos de forma eficaz.
- Demonstre fluência em inglês, tanto verbal quanto escrita, para comunicação eficaz com investidores e análise de informações financeiras.
