**About the team**:
The team is located in Hungary, US and now with expansion to Brazil. We are looking for a motivated person who is willing to learn new technologies to support SAP Customers. As an overall team size we are 25 team members divided in different products and areas.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**: SAP IXP Intern - Product Support Intern - Cloud for Customer
Location: São Leopoldo, RS

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Responsibilities, success factors and competencies can include the following, but may be customized due to regional or business need.
- Resolve known errors by means of SAP Notes, Knowledge Base articles, info docs derived from solved customer incidents, documentation, WIKI, or verifying customized entries or hardware parameters
- Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions Achieve a good level of customer satisfaction
- Attend e-Learning Lessons, Remote Learning Sessions, Classroom Training and Coaching
- Share and document knowledge through creation of WIKI entries and Knowledge Base articles
- You will help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors
- You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation, or verifying customized entries or hardware parameters
- You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums
- You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings
- When needed, you will report errors to development teams
- Support our customers via real time channels
- Deliver technical instructions and/or solution descriptions in a professional, error-free and simple-to-understand manner
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, communicating progress of issue resolution to the client in a timely manner while trying to meet and exceed assigned SLAs

**Who you are**:

- Studying in Computer Science, Business and Technology, or any IT related areas.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills and the ability to work on critical, highly complex customer problems
- Ability to assess, plan and troubleshoot while collecting information about the customer issue
- Strong customer focus and customer interaction skills
- Interested to learn about Cloud concepts and technologies
- Sound technical knowledge and experience in web technologies
- Business processes is nice to have.
- Databases (SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, SQL Anywhere, ASE, MySQL, etc.)
- Operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, AIX, etc.)
- Object-oriented programming (Java, C++, ABAP, etc.) and programming logic
