Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager who excels at project management, streamlining processes, and effectively coordinating a growing team of virtual assistants based in Brazil. The primary responsibility will be ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across various marketing tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

- Team Coordination and Management:

- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Clearly communicate objectives, tasks, and expectations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- You will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing team based in Brazil and the Philippines
- Process Improvement & Optimization:

- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improving workflows.
- Create and implement clear systems, documentation, and checklists to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Quality Assurance:

- Ensure deliverables are executed to a consistently high standard.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to virtual assistants.
- Reporting and Accountability:

- Track and report on team productivity, efficiency, and output quality.
- Implement KPIs and hold team members accountable to meet or exceed expectations.
- Training & Development:

- Identify skill gaps and conduct or coordinate necessary training to improve team performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing leaders to ensure alignment with broader strategic goals.
- Serve as the key point of communication between the marketing leadership team and virtual assistants.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience managing remote teams, especially virtual assistants.
- Experience in designing project management workflows for different marketing sub-units.
- Proven track record in marketing project management or operations.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in a cross-cultural setting.
- Experience developing standardized processes, training materials, and SOPs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience specifically managing teams in the Philippines.
- Familiarity with home services or similar B2C industries.
- Experience implementing productivity tracking and accountability systems.

Goals & Expectations:

- Improved efficiency and quality of work produced by VAs.
- Reduction in rework, missed deadlines, and confusion about expectations.
- Clear and consistent reporting of productivity and outcomes

Pay: R$18,000.00 - R$20,000.00 per month
