As a Data Scientist, you will utilize advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help optimize processes, forecast future trends, and develop data-driven strategies. You will also be responsible for building predictive models, creating data visualizations, and supporting proactive, data-informed decision-making aligned with the organization’s objectives. Your expertise in data science will play a crucial role in uncovering actionable insights and driving continuous improvement within the Customer Support & Cloud Lifecycle Management (CSUP & CLM) organization.

**Position Title**: SAP iXp Intern-Business Intelligence Data Scientist

**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS (Hybrid - 3x per week)

- nalyze and interpret cross-organizational data to uncover trends, patterns and dependencies.D
- evelop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, clustering, classification, time-series forecasting) to predict future trends and outcomes.C
- reate visualizations and generate actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and effectively communicate findings and trends to business units.C
- ollaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.C
- ontinuously enhance data processes, analytical methods, and modelling techniques to optimize decision-making.P
- erform data preparation for projects, including identification of ideal metrics.C
- ontinuously experiment with and adopt new AI/ML frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance solution effectivenes
