As a **Support Analyst (mid-level)**, you will have the opportunity to be part of the transformation for a hyper-growth company, providing ongoing technical support for the client's security infrastructure, ensuring the effective and secure operation of privileged access solutions.

**Activities**:

- Monitor and maintain information security solutions, with a focus on privileged access.
- Respond quickly to security incidents, performing analysis and problem resolution.
- Implement updates and enhancements to the security infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the client team to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Generate periodic performance and incident reports.
- Participate in meetings with the client to discuss the status and needs of the security infrastructure.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.
- Strong knowledge of privileged access management (PAM).
- Experience in technical customer service;
- Experience with technology in general, especially with Infrastructure;
- Knowledge of networks, Linux, Virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-v), Information Security;
- **Advanced English for daily use and customer support.**
