As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives. Leveraging your expertise and analytical skills, you will conduct in-depth assessments, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations. Your ability to foster strong client relationships and implement effective strategies will contribute to the success of our clients' businesses.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements. Act as a trusted advisor and maintain strong client relationships.

2. Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of client data, processes, and operations to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

3. Strategic Planning: Develop innovative and data-driven strategies and action plans to address client challenges and achieve their business objectives.

4. Recommendations: Present and communicate strategic recommendations to clients, outlining the benefits and potential outcomes of proposed solutions.

5. Implementation Support: Provide guidance and support during the implementation of recommended strategies, ensuring successful execution.

6. Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new consulting opportunities with prospective clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

2. Consulting Experience: Proven experience as a business consultant or in a related consulting role.

3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business challenges and formulate effective solutions.

4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts to clients and team members.

5. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

6. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salário: R$10.000,00 - R$12.000,00 por mês

Horário de trabalho:

- De segunda à sexta-feira
- Dias úteis e finais de semana
- Turno de 8 horas
