**What we’re looking for**:
We’re seeking an exceptionally driven and dedicated **Recruiter** to take full ownership of hiring at UENI. You will manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, playing a crucial role in attracting top talent that will help us scale and achieve our ambitious goals.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process across all roles, including technology and business positions
- Partnering with company leaders to understand hiring needs and draft job descriptions
- Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks
- Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring stages with internal stakeholders
- Creating and implementing recruitment strategies and policies to improve hiring practices
- Designing and promoting employee referral programs

Job requirements

**We are looking for someone with**:

- **4+ years of recruitment experience**, ideally as an internal recruiter for technology and business roles
- Expert knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, assessments, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
- A proactive approach to sourcing and hiring, with experience using Boolean search and various online tools to find top talent
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments where flexibility and adaptability are key
- Fluent written and spoken Portuguese or Spanish

Pay: R$7,000.00 - R$12,000.00 per month
