Technology searches for a Business Technology Delivery Specialist (AVP Level)

This position will support Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) Technology acting as Business Analyst SME for the Brazil Commercial Banking Platform working on Brazil RTP/PIX project deliveries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and participate actively in the functional + technical solutions for Brazil RTP PIX project, specially Matera deliveries;
- Act as Project Product Owner;
- Requirements definitions + refinements together with parties involved (Business, Users, Product Owners etc), + technological design solution;
- Negotiate deadlines, scope of deliveries, among others;
- Assist on Matera + Global Service Providers testing efforts;
- Facilitator between Business, Users and Technology areas;
- Coordinate multiple deliveries at the same time;
- Work with teams from different countries and different time zones (eg Brazil, the United States, India);
- Coordinate platform evolution with the solutions partners - knowledge on software architecture principles;

Core skills and requirements:

- Degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Knowledge in Brazil RTP PIX market functionalities. Knowledge on other GTS products (such as Receivables, Payments, Boletos, SPB+SPI Messages, etc.) are differentials;
- Experience with defect management and working with multidisciplinary teams;
- Technical knowledge on solutions based on APIs (Webservices SOAP and REST), Oracle and MySQL databases; Knowledge on midrange software solutions (Kubernetes, Tomcat) are differentials;
- Knowledge in Traditional and Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence, AgileView tools);
- Teamwork/Negotiation/Influence. Requires strong partnership and trust amongst business, user and vendors communities;
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence by anticipating needs, mitigating risks and minimizing potential problems;
- Well organized. Must be able to manage in multiple simultaneously ongoing tasks, keeping control and not missing deadlines;
- Logical/Critical thinking and Problem Solving. Must be able to isolate cases/consequences and seek ways to progress tests in the light of changes and defects;
- Projects in this program require a keen focus to detail, flexibility, and the ability to execute in a complex environment;
