**Marketing Specialist**:
Our team in **São Paulo** currently has an opening for a **Marketing Specialist**

As a Marketing Specialist Americas, you are a member of our Marketing Americas team, with special focus on LATAM. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the implementation of Brenntag’s marketing strategy, with a focus on digital and activities in Latin America, managing engagement and interactivity with our audiences, developing and implementing integrated campaigns. Executing on the Americas marketing growth agenda, the Marketing Specialist will leverage data, best-in-class technology, and targeting strategies to find new customers driving customer acquisition and increasing market share.

This role reports to the Marketing Director Americas and will be based ideally in Brazil, Mexico or Colombia.

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Essential Responsibilities.
- Be closely coordinated with Commercial Leaders and Regional Leaders where needed to assure alignment with the commercial strategy and priorities of the region.
- Execute the global marketing strategy in the LATAM region
- Contact person and marketing consultant for Brenntag´s business in LATAM region regarding all marketing related topics, for the target groups (potential) customers and suppliers
- Closely coordinate marketing plans with Commercial and/or Regional Leaders where needed to assure alignment with the commercial strategy and priorities of the region
- Raise and increase awareness of the potential of marketing within the company and serve as a brand ambassador
- Create, align and execute regional/local marketing campaigns, with focus on digital. Campaigns include mainly:
Country website improvement, including SEO
Search engine and social media paid campaigns (PPC)
Social media organic posting
Print material (brochures, flyers, advertisements etc,)
Videos
- Plan and develop exhibition booths, webinars or other regional events
- Create, develop and measure regional marketing calendars for the LATAM region
- Continuously refine and share best practices within the Global Marketing Team
- Support reporting and tracking of marketing activities and develop learnings and recommendations
- Collaborate with external agencies in the development of campaigns
