We are looking for a **Marketing Analyst**to contribute to the evolution of Tabby. Marketing Analyst will work with our marketing team and help us evaluate marketing efficiency and find the best way to acquire new and reactivate existing users, playing a pivotal role in launching and optimizing marketing strategies that drive meaningful impact. You'll collaborate closely with Analysts, Marketing, and Product teams.

**You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities**:

- Provide analytical support to the Marketing and Product Marketing teams across all facets of their work, including evaluation of customer. acquisition cost, customer spending forecast, and finding an optimal mix of marketing channels.
- Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings clearly and compellingly to highlight the importance of your insights.
- Support and monitor existing performance marketing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization.
- Develop data visualizations and reports that are informative and easily understood by business and product teams.
- Assist in the planning of necessary data structures.

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:

- **3+ years** of experience as a data/marketing analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms from Meta and Google.
- Strong understanding of **mobile attribution** and **MMPs** (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.), including event tracking, postbacks, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with **SKAdNetwork (SKAN) data** — extracting, decoding, and analyzing postbacks to optimize iOS campaigns.
- Knowledge of **privacy-first attribution frameworks** like **Apple’s ATT, Meta's AEM,** and **Google’s Privacy Sandbox**.
- Experience with marketing attribution platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in designing and conducting A/B tests is a plus.
- Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Fluency in English.

**Relocation**

We offer remote work from anywhere in the world and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.

Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia/Georgia/Serbia/Portugal/Spain.

We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In other countries we provide partial compensation of taxes.

**We employ according to B2B contracts (service agreements).**

- Flight to one of the mentioned countries.
- Accommodation during the paperwork completion period.
- Opening a bank account and getting a residence permit in one of the mentioned countries.
- Family relocation (dependants).

New employees can also choose an alternative method of relocation to another country of their choice. In this case, Tabby will reimburse up to $5,000 of verified costs upon opening a legal entity and a bank account.
