We are searching for the best talent for **IT MANAGER TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER - HR/PAYROLL **to be in in **Colombia (Bogotá), Mexico (Mexico City), or Brazil (São Paulo or São José dos Campos.**

**Purpose**:
This role will be responsible for setting and maintaining a clear operational vision for the assigned products, platforms and associated capabilities delivered in support of HR and Payroll for LATAM. You will have close collaboration with key business and IT partners across the JNJ enterprise during the planning, implementation, deployment of products, programs and projects. The individual handles relationships with Business Product Owners (BPO) & squad delivery teams, and is passionate about implementing and maintaining global and regional products across J&J. It is required to provide domain expertise working directly with business partners, leading contractors, and other J&J organizations.
In this role, you will manage day-to-day execution and delivery of the multiple squads product delivery teams from start to completion. You will focus on delivering technology solutions to the business partners, working closely with them and technology partners to prioritize critical go-live dates. You will need a good technical team leadership skill, as well as excellence in business partnering and social skills. The role requires leading product roadmaps and strategic capabilities for HR and Payroll technology products including but not limited to regional Payroll and Time & Attendance platforms as well meaningful global platforms like ADP, Workday, SAP Time, Kronos as well as bring new technologies including explore automation opportunities to related business partners.
You are going to be accountable to ensure support teams are meeting their SLAs for all incidents and service requests and continuously working to improve cost and quality of service. You will be engaged in delivering measurable improvements to employee and service experience by driving and enabling the products vision and applicable metrics. You will participate in experiments to own innovation and next generation strategies for related products in your portfolio.
