Qlik Developer

The BI Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing
Business Intelligence solutions, with a strong focus on Qlik-based platforms. This
role involves working closely with business units to gather requirements, develop
robust data models, and create dynamic dashboards and reports that empower
decision-making. The BI Developer will ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and
adhere to industry standards and best practices

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse data relationships and deliver predictive insights to stakeholders using advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Qlik solutions.
- Optimise report performance and manage data integration from different sources.
- Provide technical support and expertise during and post-launch phases.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity in all Qlik environments.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and end-user training resources.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in Qlik development, encompassing both QlikView and Qlik Sense.
- Strong proficiency in scripting, data modelling, and complex ETL processes within Qlik.
- Expertise in using Qlik APIs for integration and custom development tasks.
- Solid understanding of BI concepts and best practices in data visualisation and user experience.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail in data analysis and visualisation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing technologies.
- Prior involvement in projects using Agile methodologies.
