**Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct cultural fit and competency-based interviews
- Schedule and participate in job-fit interviews with department leaders
- Deliver structured feedback and finalist recommendations to business owners
- Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire)
- Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights
- Support onboarding and smooth handoff of new hires to internal teams

**Results**
- Quality hires aligned with both role requirements and company culture
- Data-driven hiring insights that improve decision-making

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring platforms
- Familiarity with structured interview processes and best practices
- Experience in building and improving talent acquisition workflows
